Will your meal be plated service, where everyone stays seated and the food is brought to them, or a buffet with food stations where they can help themselves?
If your meal is plated, I’ll let your caterers know when your formalities are finished, so their servers can bring your first course right away.
If your meal is a buffet, I’ll work with your caterers to be sure your guests don’t have to wait in a long line. When we meet, I’ll share some FUN ways we can keep your guests entertained and engaged, while inviting them through the buffet quickly.
Before your wedding day, I’ll talk with everyone on your team in advance to be sure your celebration is seamless and everyone gets served quickly!
