Imagine one long piece of string, stretching as far as your eye can see. Now picture dazzling diamonds tied to the string at certain points. All catching your eye individually, but all connected to each other.
I met Stephanie & Jimmy and was asked to be part of their wedding because of Melissa & David, who introduced me to Katie & Ryan, which led to Alicia & Josh, then Fred & Joy, Rachel & Jason and so on and so on. That's part of why I love what I do so much. I get to make new friends all the time and then see them again at other people's weddings.
Stephanie & Jimmy had both their ceremony and reception at the beautiful Broadmoor Country Club, where Gregg Campbell and his staff did a simply outstanding job. The weather could not have been more perfect and Photographer David Beisinger was great to work with (these are my amateur snapshots by the way...).
After dinner, Jimmy's Best Man and brother Pat offered a touching toast. Then, Maid of Honor Kristyn gave one of the funniest speeches I've heard in a long time, all off a stack of Post-It Notes!
Later, Stephanie was treated to a serenade by Jimmy and his Phi Psi fraternity brothers. Another highlight was when Jimmy, his brother Pat and groomsman Kruse got on the mics and did their version of "Rapper's Delight." Definitely a night to remember as the string keeps going and going and going...
